The people of Socios have overpaid Pirrelli twice over. However, the Italian tyre firm remains Inter’s official partner. But it is disappearing from the front of the jerseys.
The sponsorship deal, which will bring $24 million per season into the Nerazzurri coffers, is the third highest in Serie A.
Only Fiorentina and Juventus are better off. The Violets are sponsored by Mediacom ($29.5 million a year), the Old Lady by Jeep ($53 million a year).
Real Madrid is the best in the world. It collects $82.5 million a year from Emirates.
In England, Manchester United holds the top spot, taking $65 million per season from TeamViewer.
In Germany and France, of course, it’s Bayern Munich (T-Mobile – $35 million) and Paris Saint-Germain (Accor – $57 million).
