Levante vs. Atlético Madrid: Preview and betting tips
Levante welcomes Atlético Madrid in Thursday’s La Liga match. Last year’s champion is struggling a bit, but Levante’s problems are not to be compared. Will the red and white win and jump to the top of the table?

Levante are having a terrible start to the season. After ten rounds it is penultimate, it has not won once so far and has lost four of its last five games. They are two points behind the relegation places.
Athletics are much better off. Although they have won only twice in their last five games, they are still fourth in the table, three points behind leaders Real Sociedad. But they have to look behind them as well, with sixth-placed Osasuna having the same number of points as them.
José Luis Morales has been the mainstay for the last few years, the team captain has so far opened the net four times. Midfielder Gonzalo Melero has had a hand in three league goals, scoring one and assisting two.
Luis Suárez is dragging Atlético along, as he did last year, El Pistolero has managed to score seven goals and assisted one. Thomas Lemar is also on the rise, scoring twice and assisting twice in the league so far.
Levante are struggling in attack, having failed to score in four of their last five games. Atlético, on the other hand, have been on a tear, scoring at least two goals in each of their last four games.
Given Levante’s terrible form and Atlético’s rampant attack, I recommend betting on the visitors to win.
