Borussia Dortmund have completed the transfer of young Dutch striker Donyell Malen, according to Italian specialist Fabrizio Romano. The 22-year-old striker will cost the Westphalian club 30 million euros. He will sign a contract at Signal Iduna Park until the summer of 2026. Is Erling Haaland’s departure to Chelsea imminent?
The second top scorer of the last season in the Dutch top flight underlined a successful season with a quality performance at the Euro. So it’s no wonder he’s moving on from PSV to a more reputable address.
This is exactly the moment Chelsea should be waiting for like a predator on prey. The latter has not yet sent any official offer to Dortmund for Haaland. If it did, PSV could demand more money for Haaland due to the huge offer.
The first offer for Haaland is said to be £130 million. If Dortmund refuse, Chelsea will probably improve it by £20m in bonuses::
– £5 million for winning the Premier League
– £5 million for winning the Champions League
– £5 million for the number of games played
– £5 million for the number of goals scored
Chelsea are offering Haaland a salary of £300,000 a week, which is three times his current salary at Dortmund.
Erling’s father Alfie and agent Mino Raiola will reportedly receive £40m, which will be provided by Roman Abramovich from his own funds and will not count towards the transfer fee.
