Kawhi Leonard had a triple-double in the Clippers’ win over the Lakers, who were missing LeBron James. Nikola Jokic’s 13th triple-double of the season helped Denver knock off the Indiana Pacers.

Leonard recorded a triple-double

In the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Los Angeles Lakers (127:116), the home team was victorious. The team is also doing much better in the current season.

Unlike the more famous Lakers, they are still in the playoffs, while the Lakers, who played this derby without Lebron James, are still in 10th place.

Kawhi Leonard was the most visible in the game, recording only the second triple-double of his career. After extending his contract for three more seasons with the Clippers, he has been putting in very solid performances and showed his versatility in the last game.

He scored a respectable 25 points in the game, and he complemented those with very good work under the basket with 11 rebounds and also recorded 10 assists. He was complemented by James Harden with 23 points and again in a small amount of time, the ever-improving Russell Westbrook with 16 points.

The Lakers team in the absence of LeBron James was pulled by the traditional Anthony Davis, who scored 26 points and 12 rebounds. He also recorded 10 assists. However, without James, who was only on the bench and nursing a sore ankle, it was no match against the Clippers. And with that, the ambitious team once again fell into a 22-23 deficit.

Nikola Jokic recorded his 13th triple-double of the season

In the game Indiana Pacers vs. Denver Nuggets (109:114), Serbian Nikola Jokic recorded his 13th triple-double of the season. He thus leapfrogged the second-ranked Domantas Sabonis in this versatile skill to a difference of two triple-doubles.

The Pacers continue to struggle with poor form as they continue to miss the creative Tyrese Haliburton, who the team simply cannot do without.

The team mainly misses his serving of assists that he was able to produce in every game. Jokic had 31 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in the game. He was again complemented by Jamal Murray with the same amount of points.

The Pacers still led by eight points at halftime. But they lost their chance to get a good result in the third quarter, which they lost by 20 points and couldn’t erase the deficit until the end of the game. The defending champions from Denver are one of the best teams of the current season with a 31-14 record. Indiana suffered its 20th loss of the season.
