Carlo Ancelotti: I don’t think about money. Tchouameni and Güler should start training with the team soon
Carlo Ancelotti is currently the coach of Real Madrid, but his contract in Spain expires after this season. Speculation is therefore beginning to swirl as to where the Italian strategist’s next steps will lead. Will it be to the Saudi league? And what is the status of the injured players? All this was revealed by the Italian at the pre-match press conference.

Speculation is therefore beginning to swirl as to where the Italian strategist’s next steps will lead. Will it be to the Saudi league? And what is the state of the injured players? All this was revealed by the Italian at the pre-match press conference.
What if he gets an offer of 500 million euros from Saudi Arabia? “I’d walk there,” Ancelotti joked in his pre-match press conference. “I’m joking. Every man decides what is best for him. The world is changing and will continue to change,” the coach added, this time on a more serious note.
Where will Ancelotti train next season?
There are many stars in Saudi Arabia at the moment, both as players and coaches. “I haven’t received any calls from Arabia yet. I’m living in the moment and it’s fantastic.”
“I have other goals. I never thought about money because I grew up in a family where it was not important. Now I have money, but it’s still not important to me.” Ancelotti, however, also added that he would have no problem with a move to the Saudi Pro League, but said no offer was on the table.
We can probably scratch Saudi Arabia for now. It is quite possible that Ancelotti will not be a coach at club level from next season. In fact, there has been speculation for a long time about him taking over the Brazilian national team.
What is the status of the injured players?
Real Madrid have had to do without the talented Arda Güler for a long time. “I am not sure if he will be ready for the next games or the last few games of the year, but he is close to coming back strong,” says the 64-year-old coach.
“Courtois and Militão are recovering very well. Tchouameni and Güler will start training with the team soon. We have to wait until next year for news on Vinícius and Camavão.”
“Bellingham is working on his own because he has to recover from the ankle problems he has been carrying since the Napoli game. He also needs to recover properly from shoulder problems. He is doing specific work to strengthen it, but for now he is fine to play and he will get better every day.”
