Jadon Sancho is having the worst season of his career. At Manchester United he has been banned from the squad and is not even allowed to use the club canteen. He could be rescued by Juventus, who would like to sign the young Englishman on loan.

From Manchester City’s academy, Jadon Sancho went to Germany, where he chose Borussia Dortmund. The latter can work well with young talents and this was quickly proven.

Sancho very quickly became one of the most wanted players in the world and Manchester United didn’t hesitate to put £85 million on the table in the summer of 2021.

But his engagement at Old Trafford didn’t go to plan from the start. While he was reaching double-digit stats at Dortmund, he only racked up 3 goals and 3 assists in his first season in Manchester.

Last season didn’t go to plan either, but the current season is even worse. In the first three games he always came off the bench, only to suddenly not even be in the squad against Arsenal. Erik ten Hag justified it with a bad attitude in training, but Sancho objected to that and wrote that he has been a scapegoat for a long time and not to trust the coach.

In response, the Dutch coach took Sancho off the roster until he apologized. However, that is unlikely to happen, so Manchester have gone even harder and banned the 23-year-old striker from using the team canteen as well.

Juventus would like to take advantage of the current situation. The latter would like to bring Sancho on loan in the winter transfer window.

Sancho is under contract at Old Trafford until June 2026 with an option for another year. His value has dropped from €120 million to €32 million, according to website Transfermarkt.
