Twenty-seven-year-old Slovakian MMA fighter Lajoš Klein has five fights in the UFC and has another one scheduled. We can look forward to it in March, when the American organization visits London. Who will he face?
In his UFC debut, Lajos Klein defeated Shane Young, but after that he scored two defeats and there was some talk about whether this might be the end of him in the organization.
But Klein continued in the UFC and fulfilled his goal for 2022. He first defeated Devonte Smith on points, then Mason Jones in the same fashion.
Now he’ll be looking to complete the proverbial hat trick, as it’s unknown when we’ll see him in the cage again. The fighter himself announced it on his social media.
“Back to London! My next fight will be on the 18th of March in the UK. I can’t wait. We’re going for another win,” he informed the fans.
It was in London that he also recorded a win last year. But this time it will be a full-fledged numbered tournament, namely UFC 286.
And he has a dream opponent, to be more precise, it is Jai Herbert, who currently has a 12: 4 streak and also has five fights in the UFC.
He’s only won two of them, but he did humble Kyle Nelson over the summer. So the domestic scene will have its iron in the fire at the London event.
We can look forward to seeing some familiar faces, but there is even speculation that the popular Paddy Pimblett could make an appearance. The information has not yet been confirmed.
