Pliskova, Kvitova or Vondrousova. Who else will play in Stuttgart?

The tennis tournament will start on Monday in Stuttgart, Germany. Karolína Plíšková, Petra Kvitová and Markéta Vondroušová will not be absent. The world number one Ash Barty will also be there.

The tennis tournament in Stuttgart is officially called the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. The winner of this event will add 500 points to the WTA ranking. This is one of the dress rehearsals for the French Open in May.

Every year, the tennis elite gather in the southwest of Germany. And so it will be now. Ash Barty, Simona Halep, Sofia Kenin and Elina Svitolina are the favourites.

The position of the tournament’s top six will be held by Karolina Pliskova, who has not been doing too well lately. The seventh seed will be Petra Kvitova, who reigned here in 2019.

The Czech fans will of course also be interested in the results and performances of Markéta Vondroušová and Marie Bouzkova. Karolína Muchová is also returning after a long injury.
