Noël Tosi, the first French coach, manager and consultant to coach on four continents, began his career on the bench at the age of 27. He went through Grenoble, Nîmes, Gueugnon, Arles-Avignon, Angers or Cherbourg in France, and was also coach of Congo and Mauritania. He now brings proven methods, crisis management and experience to the Czech Republic.
Mr. Noël Tosi has just been introduced by the consulting sports company 121 ELITE Sports to a Czech first league sports club and because he is a very experienced manager, they proposed to implement his engagement in a developmental way, which practically represents a combination of a consultant with a Czech young talented and already experienced coach.
International cooperation and the transfer of knowledge and experience is not commonplace in the Czech Republic, in fact it is quite exceptional. After the acquisition of Mr. Brian Priske for AC Sparta Prague, many positive things have been shown from the very beginning, it was the first step on a new path.
The Czech Republic does not have a football academy or university in which to grow new coaches, so many such coaches who want or even desire to educate themselves have to choose the only available path of self-education, internships abroad are also not common practice here. Connecting with the world cannot hurt us, on the contrary, new potentials and opportunities open up.
“Wewere very surprised at the very first meeting, we were expecting someone completely different from the cheerful, pleasant, positive energy shining person. When we got into a professional conversation, it was clear that Mr. Noël Tosi has a well-organized and sorted complex managerial thinking about the game, about tactics, about psychology and about the education of athletes.
Moreover, despite the fact that his age has already exceeded 60, talking to a young and ambitious man who does not want to put his hands in his lap but is interested in helping clubs to manage their challenges, from crisis assignments like winning the title “to those crises about not losing the competition,” the representatives of 121 ELITE Sports were delighted to meet Mr. Tosi.
800 matches coached, 7 titles, 3 national cups, head coach and manager in 3 Academies, these are the trophies and key career positions that put the experienced Noël Tosi in the position of crisis manager, consultant and football expert, whose services for Czech football were recently requested and received by 121 ELITE Sports.
