Slavia have a very important game ahead of them. In Cluj they must finally work hard and score full points. The home game didn’t go at all as expected, now they will try to make up for it. How will the match turn out?

The Sixers are currently struggling with a word they have not known in recent years – crisis. They have lost three of their last four games, losing to Plzeň in the battle for the top of the table, Klose in the Conference League and Sigma Olomouc.

Slavia was the clear favourite in the Conference League group, but so far they have failed to fulfil this role. After three games, it is in third place with four points, but on the other hand, all teams have the same number of points.

It’s starting from scratch, but Sšiovans are playing two out of three away games. And that could be a problem. While at home they are almost sovereign, away they are not doing well at all.

They are only tenth in the league table according to away games, winning only two of their six away games, drawing once and losing three times. In the Conference League, they played once on the opponent’s ground and a useless draw with Sivaspor.

In Turkey, Slavia burned a huge number of chances, which is what has been bothering them in all their recent matches. Both against Cluj and in Olomouc it threw away huge chances that cost it the result. For example, with Sigma, the Slavs missed the empty net three times from a small area.

Another pressing problem is the stoppers. All three of them make mistakes, practically no one can maintain a stable performance for a longer period of time. But Jindřich Trpišovský doesn’t have much choice.

And how will the match look like? In Eden, Cluj relied on a deep defensive block, Slavie only conquered. The Romanian team didn’t get much into counter-attacks, they got practically the only opportunity, which they converted.

However, Cluj is more active at home than away, but it is to be expected that they will choose the same defensive tactics against Slavia. There’s no hurry, Kluz would probably take a draw with the Susians.

Slavia will also not want to open the game right from the start, as their defensive line is very error-prone right now. That’s why I think that no goal will be scored in the opener and the game will be a draw.
