Premier League? No, thanks! One of football’s greatest talents should have chosen Real Madrid
There aren’t many players in the world at the moment who are more in demand than Jude Bellingham. The 19-year-old midfielder has already made 100 competitive starts for Borussia Dortmund and can choose where he moves to. However, he should have chosen Real Madrid instead of returning to England.

Bellingham is the sensation of Birmingham football. He started playing for the A-team at the age of 16 and immediately became a key player. He was bought out by Borussia Dortmund, where he had everything he needed to develop to the highest level.
And that worked out perfectly. In two seasons, Bellingham has shaped himself into one of the club’s key players and is putting in some excellent performances. The 19-year-old is also gradually working his way into the England national team.
And somehow the islands were counting on the English prodigy to return to the local Premier League. Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea are all very interested. The best the English league has to offer. Bellingham could prove himself and virtually anywhere he would play immediately.
Only that’s probably not going to happen in the end. In fact, Bellingham should have chosen Real Madrid, as confirmed by Spanish newspaper MARCA and England’s Sky Sports.
At the Santiago Bernabéu, Bellingham should complete the midfield of the future along with Aurélien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga. At the moment, the midfield is still commanded by Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, but both have probably one or two more seasons to go.
That’s why Real are looking for a replacement ahead of time and Bellingham is supposed to be the one. The fourth most valuable player in the world (€90m) according to Transfermarkt website will come at a hefty price though. Indeed, Dortmund recently let it be known that they will demand at least €150m for their gem.
