Former PSG player on relations in the cab: I had no relationship with Mbappé in 4 years

It’s no secret that relations in the PSG cabinet are not ideal. But when former player Leandro Paredes fires it off in an interview, it’s still slightly shocking. The Juventus player hasn’t had the best memories of Kylian Mbappé since the summer.

Neymar, Mbappé, Cavani, Verratti, Marquinhos, later Messi, Ramos, Donnarumma or Hakimi. How is it possible, you ask, that this team full of superstars has never won the Champions League?

The answer will lie in the cabin. Not even the biggest stars and all the money in the world can guarantee success. More important is a functioning team where they fight for each other and don’t fold even at the most critical moment. But that’s not happening at PSG.

Earlier, it was revealed that the PSG cabin is split in two. On one side is the South American clan with players from Brazil and Argentina and on the other side are the French-speaking players. According to L’Equipe, the players hardly speak to their teammates from the other part.

And this is confirmed by Leandro Paredes. The Argentine footballer has been at PSG for four seasons and has racked up 117 games in total. He had several teammates speaking the same language in the cabin, but he didn’t speak to some players at all.

In the summer, he transferred to Juventus, so he could talk about the PSG cabin. There has been a lot of talk recently about Mbappé’s behaviour. And Paredes was asked about it by a journalist at the current Argentina national team meeting.

“You’ve been through a lot with Mbappé. For us, from a distance, it seems that living with him is not easy. So how was it?” the journalist asked.

“Who am I to talk about Mbappé. I’ve had relationships with those I’ve had and with some I’ve had no relationship at all and I have nothing to tell you about those,” Paredes declassified the chilly relations in the PSG cabin.
