Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, aka Ez Abde, was given several chances by Xavi last season. He even managed to score his debut goal. However, he stopped playing for the A-team since February and now it looks like he will be allowed to go on loan.
The Moroccan winger is still only 20 years old, but back in December he scored his first goal in LaLiga, after which many fans started comparing him to Ansu Fatima. However, he spent most of the season with the B-team, scoring three goals and assisting seven more in 20 games.
His primary position is left wing, but he has also played a few games on the right this season, with his main strength being dribbling. In January, he declined to represent Morocco at AFCON, stating that he would like to represent Spain in the future as he has two nationalities.
If Barcelona get the players they need, they will allow Abde to leave the club. However, they will definitely not want to sell him, the ideal scenario would be to send the winger on loan to one of the top European leagues to gain the necessary experience.
They are interested in him directly in Spain, where there is talk of Villareal or Osasuna as well. According to several media reports, Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are also interested in him, with Barcelona even offering him to Wolves. Lazio Rome have also been tracking the player for some time.
Ez Abde is not the only Barcelona youngster who could go on loan. Nico, Mingueza, or Trincão, who just returned from a loan spell at Wolves, would probably not get enough space either.
