Vemola the laughing stock. I have no chance, his opponent Ilic reacts ironically to the fight with Marpo
Karlos Vémola vs. Aleksandar Ilič will be the main match of the tournament at Štvanica, which will take place on 23 July. Although the fight is partially criticized by the public, Terminator’s opponent knows how to sell himself. Now he has taken aim at the boxing skills of the former Octagon middleweight champion.

Although the match is partially criticized by the public, Terminator’s opponent knows how to sell himself. Now he has taken aim at the boxing skills of the former Octagon middleweight champion.
This month, fans can expect to see the Terminator take on the Joker. Karlos Vémola and Aleksandar Ilic will face off for the Octagon welterweight title. And although the Serb is confident, the favourite is clear in the eyes of the public and the bookmakers.
Ilic is exactly the kind of opponent that Vemola should have no problem with. He should be lighter, he is a pure stand-up guy and the Terminator should show him his famous “vémolici”.
However, if Vémola falters and the fight stays in the standup for a while, it could be a problem for him. Ilic has eight first round stoppages so he needs to be wary.
Now the Joker, as a great stand-up fighter, has taken aim at Vémola’s boxing match with Marpo. “That’s crazy. Did someone tell him he was boxing? This looks like WWE wrestling. That’s a shooter. If he’s going to go standup with me like that, I don’t stand a chance,” he expressed ironically in a video shared by Octagon.
Among other things, Ilic added that he’ll probably have to find some excuse to run away from the Terminator.
In a comment below the video, Vemola’s opponent added that the Terminator reminds him of legendary boxers Naseem Hamad and Muhammed Ali. Of course, again with a good dose of sarcasm.
