The transfer from Liverpool will take place at no cost to the Italian club as his contract expires on Thursday. The deal was reported by the press in England and Italy more than a month ago.
Although Origi most often started from the bench, Liverpool fans love him because he scored several memorable goals. He scored two goals against Barcelona in the 2018/19 Champions League semi-final in a famous 4-0 win and scored another in the final of the same competition against Tottenham.
Origi has scored 22 goals in 107 Premier League games. In total, he scored 41 times in 174 games for Liverpool. The striker also has three goals in 31 games for the Belgian national team.
Overall, he has won 1x Champions League, 1x Club World Cup, 1x Premier League, 1x European Super Cup, 1x English League Cup and 1x English Cup.
