Football fans may be looking forward to the big return of Eden Hazard. The Belgian footballer is wanted by Chelsea of England. It is there that Hazard could restart his career.
Eden Hazard’s career is in a huge slump at Real Madrid. While he came to Spain as a big star, he is now practically absent from the pitch.
It is true that Hazard has been plagued by numerous injuries since his transfer which have marred his performances. However, even when the Belgian was fit, his performances were nowhere near what Chelsea fans were used to.
Now it seems that Hazard is only picking up minutes played in units, then in three seasons at Madrid he has scored just four goals. To give you an idea, when Hazard left Chelsea, he managed to score 16 goals in the league season and added 15 assists. That’s all he needed to do for 37 games.
Thus, the player himself is looking for a way to restart his career with the Madrid club. And it seems that one of the options could be his return to Chelsea in the form of a loan move. So will there be a big comeback?
According to reports brought by Ramon Alvarez, it could be. Moreover, Hazard’s possible departure is expected to open the door for another bigger star like Erling Haaland or Kylian Mbappé.
Hazard’s Real will take on Rayo Vallecano in a league match on Saturday. Moreover, Real Madrid is also playing the Champions League playoffs, this could help Eden Hazard’s minutes due to a bigger spread of the playing load.
