Aubameyang became the first player in the 21st century to score a hat-trick in Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Premier League and La Liga!

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a hat-trick in Barcelona’s match against Valencia at the weekend. He is the first player in this century to score three goals in one game in La Liga, Premier League, Bundesliga and Ligue 1.

It was the first hat-trick scored by a Barcelona player since February 2020, when Lionel Messi did it and helped Barca to a 4-1 away triumph.

The Gabon captain scored a hat-trick in his first La Liga start for Barcelona as the Catalans beat Valencia at the Mestalla. Aubameyang, who joined Barca last month after Arsenal terminated his contract, scored twice in the first half.

The third goal was a bit of a fluke. The ball came off his back after a long-range shot from Pedri. The win propelled Barca back into the top four of La Liga ahead of Atlético Madrid.

For Arsenal, he managed to score three goals in one game in the Leeds net. It happened on 14 February 2021 and Arsenal won 4-2.

Pierre scored a hat-trick for Dortmund in a match against Mönchengladbach (23 September 2017). He scored all 3 goals between the 45th and 62nd minute in the 6:1 result.

In the match against Hamburg (5 November 2016) he even managed to score 4 goals in one game. At that time, with a score of 2:5, he scored all 4 goals in just 48 minutes.

He scored another Bundesliga hat-trick on 25 October 2015 in a 5:1 result against Augsburg.

In the French Ligue 1, Aubameyang’s hat-trick is exactly 10 years old (22 February 2012). He scored it in a St. Étienne jersey in a match against Lorient with a final score of 4: 2.
