Trpišovský: Bah was unconscious for about 30 seconds. Feyenoord confirmed their quality, but we should have managed the match

Slavia failed to take advantage of the numerical advantage and twice failed to keep the lead in the game. They only drew with Feyenoord 2:2. How did the coach Jindřich Trpišovský evaluate the match?
Practically everything played in favour of Prague Slavia during the match. After a mistake by Feyenoord’s defence, they took the lead in the 12th minute and from the 36th minute onwards they were outnumbered 1:1.
Moreover, after a second mistake by the opponent, she scored a goal to make it 2:1, but lost the points in injury time as Cyriel Dessers equalized with his second goal of the game to make it 2:2.
Although the majority of the game was played with a numerical advantage, it was not noticeable in the statistics. Feyenoord was an evenly matched opponent of the Czech champion even when shorthanded.
“It was difficult, there was little space on the pitch. The opponent confirmed their quality. After the sending off, the match looked similar to the one against Maccabi. We tried to attack, but it led mainly to breakaways. We didn’t secure the game, which was unfortunate. We let the win slip away with a mistake in the setup. Weshould have done it,” said Jindřich Trpišovský.
If there was anyone the coach of Slavia paid special attention to at the post-match press conference, it was defender Alexander Bah, who gave a fantastic performance. According to Trpišovský, he was the best player for Slavia and showed the quality needed in Europe.
It was after Bah’s injury that Slavia got the goal to 2: 2. He was reportedly unconscious for about 30 seconds after the head collision. “He looks relatively well now, he will go for an examination. The first prediction is some degree of concussion,” Trpišovský commented on his ward’s condition.
The coach of Slavia was then annoyed by the fact that even though his team played most of the game with ten players, the stoppers were the busiest players. He also blamed the players for the lack of chances created.
