Who do Ronaldo, Mbappé and other top players in Europe think deserves the Ballon d’Or?

The choice of the best footballer of the year is already around the corner. According to the bookmakers, the biggest favourite to win is Lionel Messi. However, not everyone agrees, especially the best current players.

Cristiano Ronaldo would certainly like to win the Ballon d’Or, as he would be able to match his biggest rival, who is currently with PSG. But that is 99% unlikely to happen.

Rather, the expectation is that Messi will add to his collection and become the best in history, and there can be no doubt about that.

As already mentioned, according to the bookmakers, Lionel Messi is the biggest favourite to win, followed by Robert Lewandowski and Jorginho. Mohamed Salah and Karim Benzema could also be in the top 5.

So it will be very interesting to see whether a player who regularly scores goals or a midfielder who has won the two most valuable trophies this year will be chosen.
