Problems at PSG? When I’m in that position, Neymar won’t pass to me, complained Mbappé

Neymar-Mbappé-Messi star attack. Plus other stars like Hakimi, Di María, Ramos and Marquinhos. It would seem that PSG must win everything they can. But it won’t be possible if there is no well-being in the team.
PSG welcomed Montpellier in the eighth round of Ligue 1. Di María came on alongside Neymar and Mbappé, who passed to Gueye for the first goal. But the Parisians were unable to add an insurance for a long time, so in the 88th minute Icardi and Draxler replaced Mbappé with Di María.
And it was Draxler who increased the score to 2: 0 after a pass from Neymar. But not everyone in the Parc des Princes was happy with this goal.
The French media caught Mbappé on the bench complaining to Gueye. “When I’m in that position, Neymar doesn’t pass to me,” complained Mbappé, who added an unflattering word for Neymar.
The whole situation may have a simple explanation. Neymar came to PSG from Barcelona to come out of Lionel Messi’s shadow to be the main star. But in Paris, he was overshadowed by youngster Kylian Mbappé.
Except for his first season, Mbappé had better numbers than Neymar at the end of each season. The same is the case this year, the 22-year-old Frenchman has 4 goals and 3 assists in the league, Neymar only 1 goal and 2 assists. So maybe the 29-year-old Brazilian doesn’t want Mbappé to have more goals than him.
However, this situation may be much more serious than it may seem at first glance. You can have all the stars you want in your team, but if the players aren’t pulling together and there’s no cohesion in the locker room, it’s hard to win anything.
The signs of discomfort at PSG are showing more and more. First a disgruntled Messi after being substituted, now Mbappé complaining about (mis)passes from Neymar.
Coach Mauricio Pochettino will have his work cut out for him to tame his pack. In tense situations and difficult matches, this discomfort in his squad can boomerang back on him.
