Gerrard praises Sparta before the game: it’s a strong and good team

A very spicy and closely watched match is coming up. On Thursday, Scottish Rangers FC will take on Sparta Prague for the points. What did coach Steven Gerrard have to say about the match?

Sparta have a tough game on Thursday. They will challenge the Scottish champions at Letná. The duel will be very spicy just because of what happened last season when Rangers played against Slavia Prague.

Rangers really need to win the game. After all, they lost to Lyon in the first leg and would face a lot of pressure if they can’t keep up with Sparta.

Less attention was paid at the press conference to the fact that 10,000 children will be watching the match live at Letná. Gerrard sees this as a great opportunity for the kids, as they can see a good and important game and he would like to give them a good experience.

The Rangers coach believes that it is definitely better than if the stands were empty.
