The draw for the third preliminary round of the European Cups will take place on Monday. Monday’s draw will start with the Champions League (from 12:00). Slavie will be seeded in the third round of the Champions League. Who can they face? We don’t know exactly yet, we have to wait and see how the second round matches will turn out.
The strongest opponent would probably be Cluj, but first they have to knock out Gibraltar’s Lincoln. One of the tougher options is Legia Warsaw, who will play Flora Tallinn. Slavia would then play against Tomas Pekhart.
The Susians can still get the winners of the pairs Ferencváros vs. Žalgiris, Malmö vs. Helsinki, Mura vs. Ludogorets and the most playable match seems to be Sheriff Tiraspol vs. Alashkert.
An hour later Jablonec will find out who they will play against in the third round of the Europa League. It will be one of the losers of the Edinhoven vs. Galatasarai, Rapid Vienna (if they fall out with Sparta) and Celtic vs. Midtjylland double matches.
Slovácko and Plzeň will find out their opponents for the third preliminary round from 2 pm. Of course, both Czech clubs have to make it through the second preliminary round first. Pilsen will be seeded, Slovácko unseeded.
