Poland vs. Slovakia: preview and betting tips
Slovakia will enter the European Football Championship with a match against Poland. They will go into the match as an underdog, but that doesn’t mean they are without a chance. Everything will depend on how Robert Lewandowski tunes up for the match.

Poland has not been too happy with its preparatory matches. A 1-1 draw with a strong Russia was followed by another draw, this time with a struggling Iceland 2-2. In addition, Arkadiusz Milik left the team due to injury.
Slovakia did not shine in the preparation either, first scoring only one goal against Bulgaria and drawing 1-1, then keeping a clean sheet in the dress rehearsal with Austria, but not scoring any goals themselves.
Poland relies on the goal scoring machine of Robert Lewandowski. He has scored forty-eight goals for Bayern in all competitions. Jakub Moder and Piotr Zielinski are also doing well.
Ivan Schranz, a new signing from Slavia, could shine in Slovakia, having scored fifteen goals for Jablonec this season. Milan Škriniar and Dávid Hancko have also had good seasons.
Poland have not been doing well since the New Year, winning only one of their last five games (1-3-1).
The Slovaks would like to enter the tournament with a win. They have failed to do that in the last two major tournaments (World Cup 2010, Euro 2016) (0-1-1), yet they advanced out of the group both times.
Given Slovakia’s poor form, I think Poland will win.
