Tomáš Souček had an unforgettable season in the Premier League, scoring an impressive ten goals as a defensive midfielder. Take a look at all of them.

Soucek asserted himself against many opponents, in some matches his goals were even the difference, thus bringing the Hammers three points.

One such case was the November game against Fulham, in which he scored his opening league goal of the season.

In December, Soucek scored three times – against Manchester United, Leeds Brighton. Soucek celebrated the New Year with a goal at Everton, which gave West Ham a 1-0 win.

Twice the Slavia offspring hit the back of the opponent’s goalkeeper at Crystal Palace, where the Hammers took three points for a 3:2 win.

The midfielder then helped to win against Aston Villa, and in March he added another successful goal against Arsenal in a 3-3 draw.

He saved his last strike for the penultimate game of the season, and thanks to his strike the Hammers scored three important points in the fight for European Cups after their win over West Brom.
