Makhmud Muradov is coming off two losses in the UFC and isn’t exactly having an ideal season. However, he already knows the name of his next opponent, who is very attractive. However, during his visit to the gala of the Slovakian organization Fight Night Challenge, he revealed that he has also received another interesting offer.

The former Octagon fighter is having some bad luck after joining the UFC. He won his first two fights, but then waited more than a year for his next fight, dropping four scheduled bouts in between. Also because of his injuries.

But he did get another win and then his bad luck started to carry over to the results in addition to the cancelled fights. He lost his last two fights in the UFC and to make matters worse, three more fights were cancelled again.

The last time Makhmud Muradov was supposed to fight was in March of this year, but he got injured. However, he will face a very attractive opponent in London on July 22. He will be facing Bryan Barberena, who has 17 fights in the UFC and has fought big stars as well.

“It’s not going to be a cakewalk, but I’m going for it and I have to win,” he told Slovakian Refresher during his visit to the Slovakian Fight Night Challenge organization’s recent tournament.

Muradov was asked, among other things, what he thinks about organizations like this, where various celebrities compete and at the same time real fighters are also featured. And the reaction? Of course it’s about money.

“It’s great that a different community of people come to cheer and then go to, say, the Octagon. Would I go to FNC? It depends on the money,” the UFC fighter is clear.

He has already received one offer from a similar organization. Specifically from the Polish brand FAME MMA, which is an older equivalent of the increasingly popular Clash of the Stars project.

“They offered me 150 thousand euros for the fight, but it didn’t work out because my opponent didn’t want to fight me. They chose a former UFC fighter, so someone who actually fights. I told them about 200,000. They offered 150. It’s not small, but I made my name. Idon’t care how much I get in the UFC, but if an organization like that wants me, let them pay,” Muradov said.
