You’re crazy! Neymar took a swipe at Pavard after a foul on Messi. It was a 50/50 chance he would hit him, Nagelsmann admitted after the game
The Parisians failed in their Champions League semi-final match on Tuesday, losing 0:1 to Bayern Munich on home turf. Moreover, Christophe Galtier’s charges were unable to do anything about the result even after Benjamin Pavard was shown a red card for a foul on Lionel Messi, even though time was already running out. However, Neymar then had a good go at the Bayern defender.

Moreover, Christophe Galtier’s charges were unable to do anything about the result even after Benjamin Pavard was shown a red card for a foul on Lionel Messi, even though time was already running out. However, Neymar then had a good go at the Bayern defender.
The Parisian giant lost 0-1 to Bayern Munich in the eighth round of the world’s most prestigious football competition when Kingsley Coman scored the only goal.
By the end of the match, the home side were unable to do anything about the result. Kylian Mbappé scored late in the second act, but the referee disallowed his goal due to offside.
The German club then held on despite Benjamin Pavard’s sending off and took a one-goal lead into the home return leg.
However, it was a moment from the set time that caused great emotions. The Bayern defender had already received one yellow card in the 26th minute.
After the foul on Messi, it was clear that the referee would draw a second yellow card and therefore a red card.
It should be noted that it was a very harsh tackle. The Brazilian striker Neymar made that clear when he made a verbal attack on Pavard after the foul. “You’re crazy! ” the PSG star said to the Frenchman.
Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann also commented on Pavard’s sending off, as quoted by Goal.
It’s not a good situation. It was a 50/50 chance that he would hit him
“A red card is not very good, especially when Benji played a great game. It was a difficult situation where Messi had great speed. It was 50-50, between the foul and the ball being taken away. It’s not a good situation for the second game, but that’s the way it is. He was great today and that’s what’s important,” Nagelsmann said after the game.
