Will he leave for Saudi Arabia when his contract ends? Ramos lured by Al-Hilal, who hopes for Messi’s arrival
Saudi Arabia continues to build football in their country. This time, the local club Al-Hilal is trying to snap up experienced stopper Sergio Ramos, for whom this would probably be the last chance to earn some really premium money. Will he accept this interesting offer?
Saudi Arabia continues to build football in their country. This time, the local club Al-Hilal is trying to snap up experienced stopper Sergio Ramos, for whom this would probably be the last chance to earn some really premium money. Will he accept this interesting offer?
The French club Paris Saint-Germain is not even close to the dream Champions League trophy again and the atmosphere at the club is definitely not pleasant despite the Ligue 1 management.
Currently, the possible departures of several mainstays are being discussed, Lionel Messi has not yet renewed his contract and Kylian Mbappé is thinking about moving on to another address.
The end of Sergio Ramos is also likely, the 37-year-old stopper has a contract at the club until this summer and it seems that there will be no extension.
So where could the Spaniard head to? Given his age, it’s clear that he’s already considering the end of his career, but now is essentially his last chance to make a decent buck.
Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia are interested in his services, as they are also interested in Messi. As an incentive, he promises Ramos a salary of €30 million a year!
So if he were to accept this tempting offer, he would earn four times more money than at PSG. And such an offer is definitely worth considering.
Of course, Ramos himself is aware that he could still manage to play at the highest level. The decision will therefore not be entirely easy and it is a question of what he will prefer.
