Will Haaland’s fate be decided in January? Tuchel has admitted his interest and hinted at an early resolution to this puzzle

Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Manchester United or Chelsea. All of them are very interested in Erling Haaland and are closely following the Borussia Dortmund canon. Thomas Tuchel has now also contributed to this topic, and he can naturally imagine him in his team.

The twenty-one-year-old striker has 13 goals and 4 assists in the current season. He has achieved these statistics in only 10 games. This is of course an excellent business card that attracts the attention of all top clubs.

One of them is the aforementioned Chelsea, which admittedly has an excellent team, especially in attack, where Romelu Lukaku, who has several quality alternatives, is at the top.

However, Tuchel can also imagine Haaland working with the Belgian striker. That wouldn’t be a new thing for Lukaku, after all. After all, he formed a great duo with Lautaro Martínez at Inter, so why not with the Norwegian super talent?

The German coach was of course asked about this option. “If you mean to have Lukaku and Haaland together on the pitch, we can certainly talk about it. But I don’t think we would take it seriously, but we’ll see what happens in the coming weeks,” he said in an interview with Sport Bild.

Tuchel also confirmed that he has already had several talks with the Norwegian wonderkid, especially during the summer transfer window when he was looking for a new striker.

Only, Borussia Dortmund’s management were clear about Haaland in the direction that he would only leave at the end of the season and there is no train running over that!

However, it is possible that a new destination will be decided in the winter transfer window with the transfer not taking place until the summer, as we have already witnessed several times.

For now, Haaland must focus on the Champions League, in which Borussia lost ignominiously to Ajax 4-0 on Tuesday. In the Bundesliga, however, Dortmund are keeping pace with Bayern Munich, just one point behind them.
