Why won’t he be on KSW? I apologize to my opponent and the fans, I got coronavirus, said Peshta

Unfortunately, Viktor Pešta will not compete at the KSW tournament in Liberec on Saturday. The information started circulating on the internet at the beginning of last week and the Czech wrestler explained why he had to cancel his fight. The reason behind it is a coronavirus.
Viktor Pešta, David Hošek, Dominik Humburger, Tomáš Možný and others. These were the names that attracted the KSW 79 tournament, which will be held this Saturday for the first time in the Czech Republic.
But unfortunately we lost the first name. Pesta was an indirect replacement for the injured Michal Martinek, but he is also not medically fit, as fans were informed at the start of last week.
It was still not officially known what happened to Pešta, but the fighter himself has now made it public on his social media. The reason for this is the coronavirus.
“You have probably already noticed that I had to withdraw from the match due to illness and I will not be in Liberec for KSW 79. That’s right, I got covid again.
Yes, covid, apparently it still exists. Iwould like to apologize to the fans, KSW and especially to my opponent Daniel,” said Pest.
KSW lost perhaps the biggest draw of the tournament. Instead of Pešta, Michal Kita will be Daniel Omielanczuk’s opponent.
However, it can be expected that Pešta’s absence will not be of long duration, although it is not clear what course the Czech wrestler has. So we should hopefully not have to wait for many months for the KSW debut.
