Why did Xhaka leave Arsenal? My time at Arsenal is over. You can work in Leverkusen in peace, he is happy with his new position

Xhaka won the FA Cup twice with Arsenal and also the Super Cup. He dragged the Gunners towards a better tomorrow as captain and almost managed to win the league title in his last season at the Emirates Stadium, but in the end he and his teammates fell short against Manchester City.
He probably won’t reach the Premier League, but that may not be the case in the Bundesliga, which Leverkusen currently lead by a point over Stuttgart and have a two-point lead over Bayern Munich.
Xhaka, in particular, is undoubtedly one of the key figures in Bayer’s current success, having started all eight games so far.
Leaving London
In the summer, however, everyone wondered why the Swiss midfielder wanted to leave London. “My time at Arsenal is over, so I decided to leave. At Leverkusen you can work in peace. At Arsenal, the pressure is different. But we still have high ambitions when we have huge potential in the team,” he was quoted as saying in an interview with NZZ.
Coach Xabi Alonso welcomed a number of players in the summer and it has to be added that he was really lucky. Victor Boniface cost the club €20 million and he caught on almost immediately, with 8 goals and 3 assists in 8 games.
But other signings in the form of Alejandro Grimaldo and Jonas Hofmann have also been great. All these players are among the Spanish coach’s best men, who together are pulling towards big wins.
However, whether that will be enough to dominate one of the three competitions is questionable. So far, however, they have won all their matches except for the clash with Bayern Munich, which ended 2-2.
