White on Pudilova’s incomprehensible loss: These are very uncomfortable situations. I know it’s bad

Lucie Pudilova had her second fight after returning to the UFC, her opponent was Joselyne Edwards and the Czech fighter fell on points. However, most experts and fans are treating it as a steal and even Dana White himself has spoken out.
The streak of three wins is over. Lucie Pudilova has her second fight after returning to the best organization in the world and has to swallow a very unpleasant pill in the form of a controversial loss.
When it came to announcing the results, it was more or less expected that Pudilova would win narrowly. But it didn’t. Only one judge saw her win, the other two saw the closest possible win for her opponent.
Immediately after the announcement of the winner, whistling started in the hall, the fans did not like that the Czech fighter did not raise her hands above her head. Criticism of the result of the fight then appeared on social media.
For example, legend Daniel Cormier defended Pudilova, then UFC president Dana White himself spoke out, but at the time he was questioned he had not seen the whole fight.
“I was coming in just as the first fight was ending. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the whole fight, but I got a text from matchmaker Mick Maynard saying if this is how they’re going to score the whole night, we’re in fucking trouble. But unfortunately I didn’t see the whole match,” he said at the press conference.
“These are very uncomfortable situations. I know it’s bad. Obviously I can’t say more about it now, I have to take a good look at it, but as I said, Mick definitely agrees it was a steal and confirms it,” he added.
Pudilova can appeal the result, but as we know from the past, it’s usually pointless. So the only good news is that the UFC will probably want to make this fight up to Pudilova.
