When could Křetínský join West Ham?

The British and Czech press has been full of sensational information that one of the richest Czechs is eyeing a stake in another football club. Daniel Křetínský owns Sparta Prague and is now about to take a huge step forward. That would be the purchase of a 27% stake in West Ham. Will it become a reality and when?
The whole transaction could take place as early as the beginning of November! That’s when the Hammers host a rampant Liverpool at the London Stadium. There is even talk in England that the whole deal is to include the possibility of an increase from a minority stake to a majority.
The value of the club is expected to be between £600-700 million (£18-21 billion). It is a huge investment, but it is also an entry into a true football paradise. This is the Premier League and a club that has been running like clockwork recently!
All this is underlined by the fact that the club has three Czech national team players. The club has been owned since 2010 by unpopular owners (with the fans) David Gold and David Sullivan.
If the information turns out to be true, the Czech businessman will be one of the freshest club owners in the Premier League alongside the Saudi Arabian billionaires.
It would also be an interesting acquisition from the perspective of Czech football. After all, the Czech league could receive even more attention. And maybe Křetínský could bring more Czech players to the islands.
