Borussia Dortmund have done the same, deciding to travel to Marbella in Spain to play two friendlies against Düsseldorf and Basel.

However, they almost had to start their preparations without Jude Bellingham. The 19-year-old English talent was already at the airport with his teammates when he discovered that his passport was missing.

Photographers at the airport captured a helpless Bellingham standing in the car park outside the airport, just looking sadly at his phone for help.

He immediately began contacting his loved ones to have his passport brought to him. His mum Denise saved the day. She didn’t hesitate to bring her son his passport. She managed to get everything done before the flight, so that the great talent of English football could travel with the team to Spain in peace.
