Group E
Chelsea are certain to qualify from first place. AC Milan will secure promotion if they don’t lose. Salzburg will qualify if they beat AC Milan. However, if they lose and Dinamo beat Chelsea, they will finish fourth.
Dinamo Zagreb are only fighting for the Europa League, they have to beat Chelsea and hope Salzburg lose.

Group F
In Group F, we have one certain qualifier, and that is Real Madrid. However, after the loss in Leipzig, the first place is not guaranteed yet. To do that, they have to beat Celtic at home, and in case of Leipzig’s defeat, they can lose.
But Shakhtar are also in the running. If they beat Leipzig on home soil in the Polish asylum, they will move on from second place. Leipzig only needs a draw.

A group in which everything is already clear. Manchester City go through as winners, Dortmund finish second, Sevilla head to the Europa League and Copenhagen finish last.

PSG and Benfica are assured of promotion and will be fighting for top spot from a distance. The Parisians have the better score by 4 goals. So if both teams get the same points, PSG will be first.
Juventus and Maccabi will fight for the Europa League again from a distance. Juventus have a better score (-3) than Maccabi (-9). So if both teams get the same points, Juventus will be third.
