We will not play for a draw, our team is stronger, says Bilek before the rematch with Dynamo Brest

Viktoria Plzeň will play a rematch of the 2nd round of the Conference Europa League on Thursday evening, against Dynamo Brest on neutral ground in Yerevan. The Westerners won the first leg 2-1 and will now try to build on that result. What did coach Michal Bílek say before the game?
The team from West Bohemia will play their third match in seven days. Viktoria managed to win both previous matches 2:1, and would not be angry with a similar result now.
“I believe that our team is stronger. But it doesn’t matter. Mental preparedness, form and attitude are decisive. I am confident that we will be more successful. We want to manage the match and advance,” coach Michal Bílek told the club’s website.
Pilsen goes into the match with a one-goal lead. However, it cannot be said that the Viktoria coach wants to rely on it. On the contrary. He refuses to play for a draw and concentrate only on the defensive. “It’s not that big a lead,” he is clear.
So he will demand active football from his charges. He wants the Victorians to rush into the end and be dangerous. But he is aware of the strength of the opposition. Especially their quick transitions into attack.
Viktoria have not been in any European Cup group for two years. It will therefore do everything possible to advance. They don’t want anything else but promotion. Will they see it?
