Walk has a doping control officer as a roommate? He is the most tested fighter in the UFC
If the UFC is special for anything besides its worldwide notoriety and quality, it’s its fighter doping controls. USADA is in charge of those. And now it’s been revealed how many tests which fighters have undergone. Jiri Prochazka reigns supreme in the number of checks.

Being a fighter in the UFC may be every fighter’s dream come true, but it’s no mean feat. If only because of the insane bureaucracy, when all fighters have to regularly inform about where they will be when.
The reason? So that they can always be visited by USADA, the US Anti-Doping Agency. Now it is obvious that they are very happy to visit the Czech Republic, or at least Jiri Prochazka.
The Moravian fighter has become the UFC welterweight champion and is equally on top when it comes to doping controls. In fact, he passed as many as 27 of them in 2022.
Interestingly, the second most checked fighter was Neil Magny (13 times). He wasn’t tested half as many times as Prochazka.
This fact understandably caused a wave of different reactions. On social media, there were also funny comments. For example, that the USADA inspector is Procházka’s roommate, or that they simply have nothing else to do in the Czech Republic.
Interestingly, Conor McGregor, who wants to return, has not been tested even once. But Henry Cejudo, who is asking to return and yet hasn’t fought in two and a half years, has been tested ten times.
