Jude Bellingham is fast becoming a world superstar. Already in Dortmund he was in the public consciousness as the greatest young talent in the world, but after his transfer to Real he is becoming a global star and a complete player. And he has confirmed it in England.
The still freshly 20-year-old footballer opened his engagement at Real Madrid in a fantastic way. In four games he scored 5 goals, added an assist and provided Real with three winning goals to give them full points.
He carried his form over to the national team. In the friendly against Scotland, he literally shone on the pitch. In the 32nd minute, Foden sent England into the lead, then it was Bellingham’s turn.
In the 36th minute, Bellingham got to a deflected ball in the penalty area and fired it into the net. He continued to show his quality in the second half.
It was when he dispossessed four opposing players and fired a shot towards the front post that the Scottish goalkeeper cleared his attempt with his foot. But then came another amazing moment.
Bellingham got the ball in Scotland’s attacking half, hacked his way out of a scrum between two opposing players, played the ball into the box to Kane, who made it 3-1. Watch all of Bellingham’s moments in the attached video.
The Bellingham mania was also sparked by the celebration of the 20-year-old, which is probably the most popular in world football at the moment.
The lanky midfielder will now return to Madrid, where he faces a busy schedule. Real Madrid will challenge Real Sociedad at the weekend, followed by Union Berlin in the Champions League and then Atlético Madrid in the city derby later in the week.
