VIDEO: Could Mbappé play in the NFL? One of the best kickers is worried about a spot

Kylian Mbappé is one of the biggest stars in world football, but now he is enjoying his holidays overseas and there are some interesting opportunities for him in Los Angeles, California. He’s watched LAFC football there, and he’s also tried his hand at American football.
He’s a star of world football, and has landed a contract at PSG that he probably never dreamed of when he was a kid. He has received truly exceptional conditions, even French President Emmanuel Macron, who, among other things, is a fan of Olympique Marseille, has persuaded him to stay in Paris.
Now, however, Kylian Mbappé is enjoying a break from all the pressure and all the attention that is being exerted on him. He has gone to California and the door is open to him almost anywhere. First and foremost, he first attended the league match of Los Angeles FC against the New York Red Bulls.
The Los Angeles side managed to beat their opponents from New York 2-0, but it was Mbappé’s visit that was more important than the result. There was also a lot of talk about LAFC slowly securing a new signing for the distant future.
However, that is far from all the French footballer has managed. Los Angeles is now a city that boasts a team that won the famous Super Bowl in the NFL. Specifically, the LA Rams, a team owned by, among others, Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke.
The Rams have one of the best kickers in the league. Matt Gay will hopefully never miss. No matter what distance he kicks from or what pressure he’s under. He’s simply been able to win games for his team with icy calmness, and the City of Angels owes its famous trophy to him.
But now he’s “afraid” for a place. Mbappé has proved that he can kick a football, even the narrow one that is used in American football. Not one of his attempts missed the target.
“It was great to meet you guys. Thank you LA,” Gay said a fond farewell to his teammates and the Rams, alluding to Mbappé’s outstanding performance.
