VIDEO: Bizarre celebration. Japanese Kubo simulated an injury, then entertained everyone
There are plenty of ways to celebrate a goal. Jud Bellingham’s outstretched arms are very popular at the moment, Ronald “Siu” is already legendary. But Japanese Takefusa Kubo has a new way to entertain.

Could this be the season of breakthroughs? Takefusa Kubo is a tremendous talent. He was drafted into the academy by Barcelona back in 2011, but after four years he returned to Japan.
There, he made the Tokyo A-team and was bought by Real Madrid. He was supposed to be a star for the future, but they had to find him a suitable guest appearance. But that was only half successful.
At Mallorca, Kuba was quite happy, his 4+4 record sent him to a better club on loan, Villarreal. But there the Japanese didn’t get along with Emery, in the autumn he played 13 games with a 0+0 record and in the winter he switched to Getafe.
Kubo didn’t find himself there either, so he returned to Mallorca in the new season. But the balance of one goal and no assists in 28 games was trivial. Real broke the stick over Kubo and sold him for 6.5 million euros to Real Sociedad, who still saw potential in him.
And it was a good move. Kubo finally woke up last season, scoring 9+4 points and adding two assists in the Europa League. This season has been even better so far.
In seven La Liga games he has already scored 5 goals, added an assist and is one of the best players in the league. The last time he scored was in the Basque derby against Athletic, when he increased the score to 2: 0. And he had a lot of fun celebrating.
Kubo ran after his teammates to the flag, suggesting that he had a hamstring injury. But suddenly he stood up and started to “twerkovat” – a very bizarre celebration that amused the fans.
