UFC? If an offer came in now, I’d knock it off the table, Kincl said after announcing big Octagon project
The Oktagon organization has introduced a big news in the form of a million euro pyramid tournament. It will include Patrik Kincl, who will have to crash into the veltr for a certain period of time. He has now commented on the question on the UFC and whether he would accept a possible offer in the current situation.
The Oktagon organization has introduced a big news in the form of a million euro pyramid tournament. Patrik Kincl will be a part of it, so he will have to crash into the veltr for a certain period of time. He has now commented on the question on the UFC and whether he would accept a possible offer in the current situation.
Patrik Kincl is scheduled to fight Karlos Vemola at the end of the year. However, the middleweight title fight is in jeopardy due to Vemola’s hospitalization.
Whether the fight happens or not, Kincl is facing another huge challenge. He will be part of the huge project of the Octagon, which has prepared a pyramid tournament.
In total, there will be a million euros on the line, and each of the participants will not be disappointed with their payout. Kincl has recently spoken about feeling around with the UFC, however, if an offer was on the table, would he accept it?
“We haven’t addressed the UFC offer. I said it was just a knock. It got a little bit more exaggerated after that. If an offer came in now, of course I’d knock it off the table. This is definitely more interesting to me.
I haven’t really heard the names that have been introduced, so I can’t comment on that yet. I’ll have to take a look at it, but probably after the final fight because right now I’m focusing on December 30,” Kincl said at Thursday’s Octagon organization press conference.
So he confirmed that the pyramid tournament makes a lot of sense for him. So what will it actually be about? The wrestlers will fight in a welterweight division, with the organization announcing seven names so far.
Among them are David Kozma, Leandro Silva, Bojan Velickovic, Maté Kertész and others besides Kincla. In short, there is definitely something to look forward to.
More fighters are still to come, as they can submit their applications. But they will definitely be big names, as there is a huge amount of money at stake.
