Tottenham reportedly want £100m for Kane. However, he doesn’t accept an intra-England exit

Harry Kane has been at Tottenham for a few years now. But he also knows that he probably won’t win anything in a Roosters jersey, so he wants to go elsewhere. Spurs have refused him several times, but now it seems they have agreed to leave.

If you say Tottenham in recent years, everyone thinks of Harry Kane. The English striker is the epitome of Spurs, who depend on him for points.

In the 2014/15 season, he broke fully into the A-League after a couple of loan spells and turned in 21 goals. And he has maintained that standard. The following seasons he netted 25, 29, 30, 17, 18, 23 and 17 goals in the Premier League alone. In the current season, he has already scored 21 goals in 28 games.

Only if Tottenham equals Kane, Tottenham does not equal trophies. Spurs have been waiting for a big trophy for many years and currently it doesn’t look like they will win one. That’s why the England captain wanted to leave for Manchester City in the summer at any cost, he even wanted to force the transfer, but the management didn’t allow him to leave.

Kane is half the team. If he leaves, everything will fall apart. On the other hand, the dependence on him is too much and if Spurs learn to play without him, get 2-3 quality reinforcements for his money in the base, it can move them up in the overall scale.

Especially now that everything is falling apart at the club. Coach Antonio Conte took a sharp swipe at his charges after the draw with Southampton, letting it be known that they are not a team but only see selfish players. He also hit back at the club’s management, who he believes have been in power for too long.

And according to Paul Hirst of the Times Sport, Tottenham are finally willing to let Kane go. However, a team wanting the 29-year-old sharpshooter will have to come up with £100m.

Manchester United are very interested in Kane, but that is something Spurs want to avoid. According to Hirst, Tottenham do not accept a move to another English club, they do not want to see their club legend playing against Tottenham in a rival’s jersey.

There is talk of interest from Bayern Munich or Real Madrid. Kane will enter the final year of his contract in the summer and Spurs want to eliminate the possibility of the experienced striker leaving for a rival for free in the summer of 2024.
