Time to show up! Which Czechs could get a chance against Ukraine?
The Czech national team will conclude their first meeting after the Euro with a friendly against Ukraine. Jaroslav Šilhavý will shuffle the line-up, so the players of the wider squad and newcomers should get a chance.

Tomas Wiesner
Pavel Vrba relied on him in the spring and he rewarded him with good performances and decent productivity. Tomáš Wiesner has become an important player in Sparta’s starting lineup over the last six months.
He was included in the September nomination in the second wave and even made his debut in the match against Belgium. He has played most of this year’s games at right-back and with assistant coach Jiri Chytry hinting at sparing some of the mainstays, Wiesner has a great chance of making the starting line-up.
Filip Nguyen
Filip Nguyen was blamed for the move to Slovácko, but as it turns out, it wasn’t a step backwards. He played in the European Cup preliminary round in Uherské Hradiště and while his former employer (Slovan Liberec) is last in the table, Slovácko holds fourth position.
The goalkeeper with Vietnamese roots has a big part in this. Nguyen took the most shots of all the league goalkeepers, yet he only scored four times, the fewest in the league after Sparta. In the absence of Tomas Vaclik, he could start.
Michal Sadilek
After Aleš Matějů’s not-so-good performance against Belarus, it was expected that the versatile Michal Sadílek would get a chance on the left side of the defence in Belgium, but he remained on the bench again.
He is unlikely to be missing from the lineup on Wednesday. Even if Matějů starts again, a rotation in the midfield is expected, with Tomas Holeš and Souček needing rest and will not play more than half-time.
