Europa League
Ticket of the day: Arsenal’s failure and Anderlecht’s sensation in the lead. Bettor wagered 200 crowns, won over 50,000
Tick of the day? Thursday’s European Cup draws brought several candidates, but our pick was Triptom, who managed to make over 50,000 from 200 crowns. He wasn’t afraid to take risks and was duly rewarded for his courage.

On Thursday, more matches of the Europa League and the European Conference League were played and bettors had up to 15 interesting duels in which they could bet on various opportunities and take advantage of attractive odds.
The entire ticket boasted high odds of 261.12, the lowest ever odds on the entire ticket was 1.61 when betting on St. Gillois to lose against Union Berlin. The strength of the German side should have been considerably greater than that of the Belgian side, but the Belgian side won sovereignly 3: 0 and Triptom had one quiet match.
Another opportunity taken was a bet on AS Rome not to lose at odds of 1.80 against Real Sociedad and although it was quite a drama as the Spanish side was clearly the better side in the match and could certainly have scored some goals, it was another green field.
Then came the downright risky picks with odds higher than 3.00. Alkmaar welcomed Lazio Rome at home and took advantage of the fact that the Italian side hasn’t been in great form in recent matches and won, creating another green box.
It was a rather bold bet on Sporting not to lose at Arsenal’s ground. Although the first match ended in a draw, the Gunners were expected to beat the Lisbon side. But it didn’t happen and Sporting won after penalties and sensationally eliminated the English big club.
The riskiest bet was on Anderlecht to win at Villarreal. Odds of 8.36 suggest how unlikely that was. But it happened and Anderlecht won 1: 0.
