The walk is not clean! USADA knows it, but they just can’t figure out how to catch him, said Ben Askren

Jiri Prochazka will not fight for several months due to injury. This sad event has one bright side, which is anti-doping testing.
Procházka is the UFC’s absolute record holder, with the current number of tests being 64 in one year! In one month there have even been 20 already, a number that the vast majority don’t even have in an entire year.
So why is this amount of testing happening in the first place? Unfortunately, no one officially knows, although David Dvorak has mentioned in the past that it could be on the cards.
Former UFC fighter Ben Askren also came up with an opinion. “He’s not clean and they know it, but they just can’t figure out how to catch him. That’s the number one theory.
Number two, there’s something like a Polish branch of USADA whose employees need to get a certain number of tests. But there are only about four athletes there, so they just keep testing him because it’s close and he’s patient,” he said in an interview with Daniel Cormier.
He meant the first part with humor, of course, and probably doesn’t suspect Walker of anything. After all, the test results refute that possibility, as they have always been negative.
“If I were Jirka, maybe I would have my lawyer send USADA a report and say that I need some explanation why they are testing me so much this month,” he added.
Now Procházka has more peace of mind because of his injury, as there is no reason to test him so often. But it’s a question of when someone will be able to break his record for the number of tests.
