More than the stats, however, Trossard amazes with his great play and offensive ability. It should be added, he has played a total of 121 games for Brighton with a record of 25 goals and 14 assists. He transferred to England from Genk in Belgium.
Brighton paid 15 and a half million euros for the now 28-year-old Belgian.
However, based on the information that the respected journalist Fabrizio Romano came up with in recent hours, Arsenal has agreed with Brighton on the transfer of Trossard. The Gunners will thus send £27 million to his current employer, including bonuses.
Moreover, Trossard himself has recently stated that he wants to leave Brighton in the January transfer window. This is after a difficult relationship with coach Robert De Zerbi.
Moreover, the Waterschei native has the last six months of his current contract left and if he doesn’t leave now, he would move to another club for free in the summer.
Trossard is due to undergo a medical at the London club this Friday, according to Sky Sports News he will sign a four-and-a-half-year contract at Arsenal with an option to extend for another year.
