The sixth round of the Super League is over. Brno, Blanensko and Most were overachieving at home

The Superliga of small football has already started the rematch phase of the regular season and some teams managed to get their revenge in the sixth round of the national competition. At the same time, the battle for qualification for the play-offs, or rather the battle for more advantageous positions before the knockout battles, has become even more muddled.

Most – Vlci Kolín 7::2 (3::1)

After five minutes it was almost clear who would take three points from this match. Most was leading by two goals, although Vlci Kolín managed to keep the difference at two goals until the half-time break, after the break the home team North Czechs increased the score to 7:2.

Most won the rematch and is now only two points behind the leading Hanspaulka in fourth place in the Western Group table.

Hanspaulka Praha – Partyzan Příbram 2::1 (1::0)

In the tug of war for the first place in the table of the western group, the defending champion has the upper hand again. Prague’s Hanspaulka defeated Partyzan Příbram 2:1 at home and has a one-point lead over its rival and third-placed Koráb. The match was decided by the captain of the Czech national team Stanislav Mařík, who scored two goals.

Vikings Brno – Olomouc Mighty Ducks 8::3 (2::2)

Are the Brno Vikings back on a winning campaign? It seems so. The reigning vice-champions of the Superleague of small football won for the third time in a row, but most importantly, they returned the opening defeat to the Olomouc Mighty Ducks with interest.

While in September the Mighty Ducks won narrowly 6::5, this time the Brno team clearly ruled the roost, enjoying an 8::3 triumph. Dominik Havlín scored three goals, while David Presl added a goal and three assists. On the other side Jan Šuba scored a hat trick. The Hanaks continue to lead the Eastern Group table, with Brno in third five points behind.

MF Blanensko – PAMAKO Pardubice 10::3 (5::0)

Two inseparable partners met again in the Blansko jersey and their show was taken away by Pardubice. World and European champions Jan Koudelka and Ondřej Paděra directed the game of the sixth round, in which Blanensko overcame PAMAKO 10::3.

Koudelka contributed to the debacle with five goals and three assists, while Paděra, the playing coach, had three goals and the same number of assists.

Blanensko also outclassed Pardubice 9:1 in the first game on their field. The South Moravian team is second in the table with a loss of four points to Olomouc, PAMAKO is last with one point.

SC Koráb Praha – Rytíři Plzeň 2::5 (1::2)

What they failed to do in the last round against Kolín, the Pilsen Knights got on the turf of the favoured Koráb Praha. The West Bohemians scored their first victory in the Superleague of small football after more than a year. The Knights led 2:1 at half-time, but when Jakub Tosovsky scored, Korab reduced the deficit thanks to Michal Vávra.

The decision came in the last ten minutes, when Matěj Maur and Petro Bodnaruk secured the triumph. The sixth-placed Knights have three points as well as the fifth-placed Kolín, while the third-placed Koráb is one point behind the first-placed Hanspaulka.

MF Baník Ostrava – Jihlava 4::3 (3::1)

The sixth round of the Superleague of small football was concluded on Monday with a postponed duel in which Baník Ostrava defeated Jihlava 4: 3. In an even match, the visitors took the lead after Dominik Skotar’s goal, but seven minutes later Baník was already leading by two goals.

After the break, the Vysočina team equalised and the decider came in the 52nd minute when Jakub Schmutz scored the third goal of the match to give Baník the win and revenge for the 3:4 penalty shootout defeat in Jihlava in September. Baník, fourth in the eastern group table, is now three points clear of fifth-placed Jihlava.
