The Denver Nuggets won two consecutive games against the Miami Heat to take a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals. The Nuggets are one win away from a historic triumph, which they can complete on Tuesday night in front of their own fans.

Denver once again handled Game 4 with ease

The Nuggets played their second game in a row in Miami with a 2-1 record, but the Heat were unable to win in front of their home fans. Denver won 108:95 and increased its lead in the finals.

Miami won the first quarter, but only by one point (21::20). The second part of the game, which was richer in points, showed that Denver wanted to win more. It won by five points (35::30) and started to gradually build its lead.

The game was definitely decided by the third quarter, in which the Nuggets won 31::22. In the last part, the fans saw 22 points on both sides, and the game ended with Denver’s victory.

The best player of the game was Aaron Gordon, who scored 27 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

Nuggets’ point guard Nikola Jokic also had a good game, but he didn’t shine as he usually does. The Serbian had 23 points, 12 rebounds and four assists.

On Miami’s side, Jimmy Butler was the best player. The Heat fan favorite scored 25 points and added seven assists and seven rebounds.

Game number 5 is scheduled for Tuesday night at 2:30. If the Nuggets win, the group around Nikola Jokic can rejoice in winning the title.

Miami, however, can fight back and force another game to be played on the Heat’s floor again.
