The last league derby is here! The day after the men, the women will also compete for the imaginary key to Prague, but the title is no longer up for grabs

While on Saturday the all-important derby will be played at Letná, a day later the derby will be played in Eden, but it will be a women’s derby and only for honour. After several losses by Sparta, Slavia Prague became the winners of the league and are now enjoying their second consecutive win.

The penultimate round of the top women’s competition is upon us and once again we will see derbies, which usually decide who becomes the league winner.

This time, however, both Prague teams lost elsewhere and the players of Slavia can already celebrate. As a reward, they got a chance to play a match at the main stadium in Eden.

The match in Fortuna Arena is played a day after the Letná derby, in which the teams will fight for three points and the eventual winner will be a hot candidate for the championship.

But back to the women’s team, the match is played on Sunday from 12:30 p.m. and it is expected to be attended by lower thousands of Slavia fans who will want to thank their charges for a successful season.

However, there is also an interesting match for third place between Slovan Liberec and Slovácko. Liberec is currently one point better off, the position is important especially because it guarantees a place in the Champions League qualification.

This weekend is also a relegation battle, with three teams still in it. Lokomotiva Brno has 16 points and hosts the saved Viktoria Plzeň, Dukla with 14 points hosts the last Baník, which is 3 points ahead. It will probably be decided in this duel.
