Viktoria Plzeň celebrate their dramatic progress through the Welsh TNS, but the match had a twist. Beauguel and Brabec had a minor dispute with their opponents after the game, but former player David Limberský also joined in and stuck out his middle finger at the opposing players.
Viktoria beat TNS on penalty kicks, winning 3-1 in normal time and losing 2-4 in Wales. After the game, the Pilsen players were jubilant, but many were also arguing.
One of them was Jean-David Beauguel, who waved sarcastically at one of his opponents. He then explained on social media that his opponent had done something similar in the last match.
This moment triggered a small scuffle in which Jakub Brabec and former player David Limberský actively joined in.
The latter went to celebrate with his friends on the pitch, but he could not hold back his emotions and pointed his middle finger at one of them.
Eventually, the group dispersed and the Viktoria players were able to celebrate the promotion with their fans. They will be at the stadium next week.
The team will challenge CSKA Sofia at home next Thursday, with the rematch a week after that to decide who will play in the group stage of the newly formed competition.
