There’s talk of another giant transfer behind the scenes. Lionel Messi’s father was supposed to contact Barcelona to discuss the possible return of the Argentine star.

Lionel Messi is not currently experiencing the happiest period in his career. Although his PSG are rolling their rivals in the league, they have been knocked out by Real Madrid in the Champions League. Even a 1-0 win in the opening game was not enough to see the French team through.

Even in individual statistics, Messi is not doing as well as he probably imagined. After all, he is used to different numbers from Barcelona. In the league, the Argentine striker has scored only twice so far, and he has done slightly better in the Champions League, scoring five goals in seven games.
